At H & W Romance, we have a 30-day return policy on limited items. Refunds and exchanges will not be offered after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and approved to be in resellable condition. You must contact H & W Romance for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All returns without an RMA will not be processed.
Some products that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:
- Adult Toys
- Any garment containing a crotch
- Gift Cards
These items are not eligible for a refund for any reason except in the case of a product defect. Any products with workmanship defects will only be exchanged for the same item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow time for processing before a refund is posted. While waiting for your refund to be issued, check your bank account or with your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clearance items (if applicable)
All clearance items are final sale and no refunds will be given.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 57 East Main, American Fork, UT, 84003, United States.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 57 East Main, American Fork, UT, 84003, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
